Albet i Noya Wine Dinner

Gnocco is incredibly excited to announce its inaugural wine dinner on Wednesday, July 20th, featuring the Spanish wine of Albet i Noya in the Penedes region just south of Barcelona. The first vineyard to commit to organic farming on the Iberian peninsula in 1979, Albet i Noya has since been at the forefront of organic viticulture and the quality of its wines speak volumes to its farming techniques. To pair with six of Albet i Noya wines, Chef Brian Lavin will be creating a beautiful Spanish-inspired four course dinner.
